Local village pub halfway between the historical market town of Newark and Grantham the home of Isaac Newton, The Wheatsheaf Inn overlooks Dry Doddington's St. James Church who's tower out leans the leaning tower of Pisa. With a great selection of local beers plus a wide choice wines and spirts, pub food classics, lovely log fire, beer garden and children's play area, we are also dog friendly. Where better to relax after work or on the weekend We're open everyday of the week and serve food Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 3pm & 6pm to 9pm& 12pm to 5pm on Sunday
